OH4913 Description
OH4913 IC is an integrated hall-effect sensor designed to meet the requirements of low-power devices, for example, as an On/Off switch in Cellular Flip-Phones, with battery operating voltages of 1.65V to 5.5V. The IC switching behavior is Omnipolar, and it can switch on with either the North or South pole of a magnet. An onboard clock scheme reduces the average operating current of the IC.
