PN25F08 Description
The PN25F08 is a 8M-bit (1M-byte) Serial Flash memory, with advanced write protection mechanisms. The PN25F08 supports the standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI). The PN25F08 can be programmed 1 to 256 bytes at a time, using the Page Program instruction.
