SM77D is CMOS Clock Oscillators manufactured by PLE.
SM77D Series 2.5 V CMOS Clock Oscillators November 2018 - Pletronics’ SM77D Series is a quartz crystal controlled precision square wave generator with a CMOS output. - The SM77D series will directly interface TTL devices also. - The package is designed for high density surface m ount designs. - This is a low cost mass produced oscillator. - Tape and Reel or cut tape packaging is available. - 70 to 135 MHz - 5 x 7 mm LCC Ceramic Package - Enable/Disable Function - Disable function includes low standby power mode - 3rd Overtone Crystals used - Im proved circuit to minim ize oscillator issues such as multi-mode output signal. - Low Jitter - Capable of driving up to 30p F capacitive loads Pletronics Inc. certifies this device is in accordance with the Ro HS 6/6 (2011/65/EC) and WEEE (2002/96/EC) directives.
