General Description
The PL7413 is a highly integrated power/energy monitoring Analog Front End (AFE) IC that measures electricity-related data for power usage measurement applications.
Key Features
- 4-Channel 24-bit sigma-delta ADC.
- Internal 3.3V to 1.8V cap-less LDO.
- Internal 1.2V cap-less VREF (w/ 0.1% accuracy/full temp. range after trim).
- Built-in 1X ~ 32X PGA (w/ 0.1% accuracy/full temp. range after calibration).
- Internal 16MHz RC OSC (w/ 0.2% accuracy/full temp. range after trim).
- Internal VDT/POR and temperature sensor.
