The MN39591PT is a type-1/1.76 4.01 M-pixel square-pixel CCD image sensor.This CCD has achieved excellent color reproduction by adopting RGB Bayer pattern color filter array and provides a 1/7-skipping mode for a monitor mode readout. Using this CCD enables pact and high-image quality Digital still cameras.
