General Description
AN44168A is a high efficiency single phase motor driver IC with built-in Soft Switching function for low noise operation.
The soft switching period is automatically adjusted based on the motor current.
Key Features
- Supply voltage range: 5.0 V ~ 28 V.
- Auto phase shift correction with built-in Soft Switching function.
- Wide range operation (12V/24V).
- Motor lock protection and built-in Auto-recovery fixed with built-in clock.
