FEATURES 1. A voltage-sensitive power Photo MOS Conventional power Photo MOS are connected externally to an input limiting resistor in order to obtain the appropriate LED current. Adding an internal constantcurrent element renders the input limiting resistor unnecessary, making it possible for the Photo MOS to be voltage-driven. 2.
