Description
The PE42427 is a Ha RP™ technology-enhanced SPDT RF switch designed to cover a broad range of applications from 5-6000 MHz. This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-patible control interface and requires no external ponents.
Peregrine’s Ha RP technology enhancements deliver high linearity and exceptional harmonics performance. It is an innovative feature of the Ultra CMOS® process, providing performance superior to Ga As with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.
