General Description

The PE42427 is a HaRP™ technology-enhanced SPDT RF switch designed to cover a broad range of applications from 5-6000 MHz.

This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control interface and requires no external components.

Peregrine’s HaRP technology enhancements deliver high linearity and exceptional harmonics performance.
