PE4270 Description
The PE4270 is a is a high-isolation Switch designed for CATV applications, covering a broad frequency range from near DC up to 3000 MHz. This single-supply SPST switch offers a single-pin CMOS control interface with industry leading CTB performance. It also provides low insertion loss, high isolation and extremely low bias requirements while operating on a single 3-volt supply.
