FP6291
Overview
The FP6291 is a current-mode boost DC/DC converter with a build-in 16V, 2.5A, 0.18Ω internal power MOSFET to provide this regulator highly power efficient. The FP6291 operates at 1MHz allowing for easy filtering and low noise.
