PI3DBV40 Description
Peri Semiconductor’s PI3DBV series of logic circuits are produced using the pany’s advanced sub-micron CMOS technology, achieving industry leading performance. The PI3DBV40 is a 8- to 4-channel multiplexer/demultiplexer. Industry leading advantages include a propagation delay of less than 250ps, resulting from its low channel resistance and I/O capacitance.
