PI3VT3245-A Overview
Peri Semiconductor’s PI3VTseries of logic circuits are produced using the pany’s advanced submicron CMOS technology, achieving industry leading performance. The PI3VT3245-A is a 2.5V or 3.3V 8-bit, 2-port bus switch designed with a low On-Resistance (5Ω). The switches are turned ON or enabled by the Bus Enable (BE) input signal.
