Silicon diodes in 00-5 metal envelopes, featuring non-snap-off characteristics. They are intended for use in high-frequency power supplies, thyristor inverters and mUlti-phase power rectifier applications. The series consists of the following types: Normal polarity (cathode to stud): 1N3899, 1N3900, 1N3901, 1N3902, 1N3903. Reverse polarity (anode to stud), 1N3899R, 1N3900R, 1N3901 R, 1N3902R, 1N3903R.
