74HCT253 Description
The 74HC/HCT253 are high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and are pin patible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). They are specified in pliance with JEDEC standard no. 74HC/HCT253 The 74HC/HCT253 have two identical 4-input multiplexers with 3-state outputs which select two bits from four sources selected by mon data select inputs (S0, S1).
