A range of diffused silicon diodes in 00-5 metal envelopes, intended for use as voltage regulator and transient suppressor diodes in power stabilization and transient suppression circuits. The series consists of the following types: Normal polarity (cathode to stud): BZY91-C7V5 to BZY91-C75. Reverse polarity (anode to stud): BZY91-C7V5R to BZY91-C75R.
