Three versions of the derivative exist: 80C652—ROMless 83C652/83C654—8 Kbyte, 16 Kbyte ROM 87C652/87C654—8 Kbyte, 16 Kbyte OTP The ROMless and ROM are in separate datasheets. This device provides architectural enhancements that make it applicable in a variety of applications for general control systems. The 87C654 contains a non-volatile 16k × 8 EPROM and the 87C652 contains an 8k x 8 EPROM. Both have a volatile 256 × 8
