The TCA680 is a silicon monolithic integrated operational amplifier intended for general purposes, havmg a considerably improved slew rate and bandwidth pared to the TBA221 (f1A741C). Special Features are:
- internal frequency pensation;
- output short-circuit protection;
- pin patible with general purpose operational amplifiers;
- offset voltage adjustable to zero.'
