GENERAL DESCRIPTION The TDA9991HL forms the interface between the pulse pattern generator and the CCD image sensor in camera systems and minimizes the ponent count significantly by integration of various functions. The device contains eight vertical line drivers, a shutter driver for charge reset, a versatile programmable DC-DC converter, a non-programmable DC-DC converter and voltage regulators which create all required low noise supply voltages for FT and FF CCD sensors.
