Description

The Y5117 is a series of highly efficient point-of-load DC/DC power converters in a unique SIP style surface mount package, designed to deliver low voltages at high currents in close proximity to loads.

13.2V.
Wide-range programmable output: 0.7V.
3.63V.
Remote voltage sense.
High continuous output current: 17A.
High current density: 44 A/in2.
Efficiency up to 95%.
No minimum load required.
Output short circuit protection.
Start-up into prebiased output.
Full current sink capability for active bus termination.
Remote enable (ON/OFF).
