PT8121
Overview
The PT8120 Excalibur™ power modules are a family of high-output, high-efficiency, fully integrated switching regulators (ISRs), housed in a solderable 31-pin space-saving copper package. These modules operate from a nominal input voltage of +12V to provide up to 30A of output current at output voltages as low as 0.8V.
