PL83251
Description
The PL83251 is a monolithic 36V, 2.4A step-down switching regulator with CC/CV control loop. PL83251 integrates a high efficiency synchronous step-down switching regulator, which includes a 36V 108mΩ high side and a 36V, 102mΩ low side MOSFETs to provide 2.4A continuous load current over a 6.5V to 36V wide operating input voltage.
