  • Programmable CAS Latency, Burst Length, and Wrap Sequence (Sequential & Interleave).
  • Auto Refresh (CBR) and Self Refresh.
  • All Inputs, Outputs are SSTL-2 Compatible.
  • 8192 Refresh Cycles every 64 ms.
