PLRT0504LC Description
The PLRT0504LC is an ultra low capacitance steering diode/Thyristor. This device is designed to protect puting applications such as HDMI, USB (1.0-3.0) and DVI interfaces, as well as telemunications equipment/systems. The PLRT504LC is available in a space saving DFN-10 package configuration.
