P24C08D Overview
The P24C08D/P24C16D is I2C-patible Serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) device. It contains a memory array of 8 Kbits (1 Kbytes)/16 Kbits (2 Kbytes), which is 16 bytes per page.
