General Description
The P24C32C is I2C-compatible Serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) Automotive grade device operating up to 125°C.
The P24C32C contains a memory array of 32 Kbits (4 Kbytes), which is organized in 32 bytes per page.
It is compliant with the Automotive standard AEC-Q100 grade 1.
