10S-20S Intelligent BMS with Integrated MCU and Cell Balancing
The Qorvo® PAC25140 is an Intelligent Battery Monitoring System (BMS) that can monitor 10-series to 20-series Li-Ion, Li-Polymer and LiFePO4 battery packs.
The PAC25140 integrates a FLASH-programmable MCU, Power Management, Current/Voltage/Temperature Sense and drive circuits for charge/discharge FETs and protection fuses. It can municate using UART, SPI I2C/SMBus or CAN 2.0B serial interfaces. The PAC25140 provides access to multiple analog and digital peripherals required to manage today’s high cell count battery packs.
