Qorvo’s TGA2598-SM is a packaged broadband driver amplifier fabricated on Qorvo’s TQGaN25 0.25 um GaN on SiC process.

Operating from 6 to 12 GHz, the TGA2598SM achieves 2 W saturated output power with a poweradded efficiency of > 25 %, and 25 dB small signal gain.

TGA2598-SM 6 – 12 GHz 2W GaN Driver Amplifier Product Description Qorvo’s TGA2598-SM is a packaged broadband driver amplifier fabricated on Qorvo’s TQGaN25 0.25 um GaN on SiC process. Operating from 6 to 12 GHz, the TGA2598SM achieves 2 W saturated output power with a poweradded efficiency of > 25 %, and 25 dB small signal gain. The TGA2598-SM is available in a low cost, 4x4 mm aircavity ceramic QFN. The TGA2598-SM is an ideal choice to drive Qorvo’s high performing GaN HPAs allowing the user to run both driver and HPA off the same voltage rail. Both RF ports have integrated DC blocking capacitors and are fully matched to 50 Ohms.
