TGL2223-SM
Description
Qorvo’s TGL2223- SM is a wideband, 5- bit digital attenuator fabricated using Qorvo's production 0.15um Ga As p HEMT process (QPHT15). Operating from 1- 31 GHz, the TGL2223- SM offers a low LSB of 0.5 d B and provides 15.5 d B of attenuation range while supporting low RMS step error of less than 0.5 d B.
Using standard, negative control voltages from -3.3 V to -5 V coupled with excellent broadband performance, the TGL2223-SM is ideal for supporting of a variety of mercial and military applications.
The TGL2223-SM is packaged in a 3 x 3 (mm) ceramic air-cavity QFN with both RF ports matched to 50 ohms for simple system integration.
