RA8820 Overview
Description
The RA8802/8820 is a Character/Graphic dot-matrix liquid crystal display controller (LCD) with embedded 512K Byte Font ROM. The RA8802 supports up to 320x240 LCD panel size and RA8820 supports up to 240x160.
