The RFFM4204 provides a plete solution in a single front end module (FEM) by integrating the power amplifier (PA), low noise amplifier (LNA) with bypass, power detector, a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) switch, and some filtering for harmonic rejection. The integrated matching greatly reduces the number of external ponents and layout area in the customer application.
