SGA2186Z Description
The SGA2186Z is a high performance SiGe HBT MMIC Amplifier. A Darlington configuration featuring one-micron emitters provides high FT and excellent thermal performance. The heterojunction increases breakdown voltage and minimizes leakage current between junctions.
