RP111x-Y Series Good Transient Response Low Voltage 500 mA LDO for High Temperature Applications NO.EA-375-150204 OUTLINE The RP111x is a CMOS-based LDO regulator featuring 500 mA output current. The input voltage is as low as 1.4 V and the output voltage can be set from 0.7 V. Due to a built-in 0.46 (at VOUT = 2.8 V) on-resistor, RP111x can provide a low dropout voltage.
