R1154x SERIES 150mA Voltage Regulator (Wide Input Voltage Range) NO.EA-100-120521 OUTLINE The R1154x series are CMOS-based voltage regulator (VR) ICs. The R1154x has features of high output voltage accuracy and ultra-low supply current.
