Description
BD63030EKV-C is a pre-driver for a 3-phase motor such as an air conditioner blower motor and a battery cooling fan motor. 180° mutation PWM drive minimizes motor drive noise. It has a built-in automatic lead angle control function for high-efficiency drive. Moreover, it has the lock protection time, over current limit detect value, over current protection detect value, external parts thermal shutdown value for various motor controls as well as adjustment of startup time externally.
