BD7541G/BD7542xxx are high voltage operation input/output full swing CMOS operational amplifiers.
BD7541SG/ BD7542Sxxx have an expanded operating temperature range.
They have wide operating voltage range, from +5V to +14.5V with low supply current and low input bias current.
