- Description ROHM’s high efficiency dual step-down switching regulator BD9151MUV is a power supply designed to produce a low voltage including 1.8 volts or 1.2 volts from 2.8 volts to 5.0 volts power supply line. Reset circuits of input power supply voltage and external Pch MOSFET gate controller are incorporated. Offers high efficiency with our original pulse skip control technology and synchronous rectifier. Employs a current mode control system to provide faster transient response to sudden change in load.
