General Description

The RS1905 is a robust half-duplex RS-485 transceiver for industrial applications.

The bus pins are immune to high levels of IEC Contact Discharge ESD events eliminating need of additional system level protection components.

The device operates from a single 3.3V to 5.0V supply.

High-Performance and Compliant with RS-485 TIA/EIA-485 Standard.
3.0V to 5.5V Supply Voltage.
Bus I/O Protection - ±20kV HBM ESD - ±6kV IEC 6100-4-2 Contact Discharge.

Up to 256 Nodes on the Same Bus (1/8 unit load).
