RS1G32-Q1 RS1G32-Q1 Single 2-Input Positive-OR Gate 1 FEATURES • Qualified for Automotive Applications • AEC-Q100 Qualified with the Grade 1 • Operating Voltage Range:1.65V to 5.5V • Low Power Consumption:1µA (Max) • Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C • Inputs Accept Voltage to 5.5V • High Output Drive: ±24mA at VCC=3.0V • Micro SIZE PACKAGES: SOT23-5, SOT353(SC70-5) 3 DESCRIPTIONS The RS1G32-Q1 single 2-input positive-OR gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The RS1G32-Q1 device performs the Boolean function Y=A + B or Y=̅̅A̅̅̅•̅̅̅̅B̅ in positive logic. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
