The RS1G386 single 3-input positive-XOR gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.

The RS1G386 device performs the Boolean function Y=A⨁B⨁C in positive logic.

The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff.
