The RS1G386 single 3-input positive-XOR gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.
The RS1G386 device performs the Boolean function Y=A⨁B⨁C in positive logic. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
The RS1G386 is available in Green SOT23-6 and SOT363(SC70-6) packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
