RS1T34 - 1-Bit Dual-Supply Unidirectional Bus Transceiver

Description

The RS1T34 is 1-bit non-inverting bus transceiver uses two separate configurable power supply rails.

The A port is designed to track VCCA, which supporting operating voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V, and the B port supporting operating voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V while it tracks the VCCB supply.

Features

  • Power-Supply Range: VCCA and VCCB: 1.65V to 5.5V.
  • VCC Isolation: If Either VCC is at GND, Both Ports are in the High-Impedance State.
  • Low power consumption,4μA Max.
  • Output drive up to ±24mA@3.0V.
  • No Power-Supply Sequencing Required: Either VCCA or VCCB can be Ramped First.
  • IOFF: Supports Partial-Power-Down Mode Operation.
  • Extended Temperature: -40°C to +125°C 3.
