The RS2G17 Dual Schmitt-trigger buffer is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.

The RS2G17 device contains two buffer and performs the Boolean function Y=A.

Features

  • Low Power Consumption:1µA (Max).
  • Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C.
  • Input Accept Voltage to 5.5V.
  • High Output Drive: ±24mA at VCC=3.0V.
  • Ioff Supports Partial-Power-Down Mode Operation.
  • Micro SIZE.
