RS4G126 RS4G126 Quadruple Bus Buffer Gate With 3-State Outputs FEATURES DESCRIPTION • Operating Voltage Range:1.65V to 5.5V • Low Power Consumption:1µA (Max) • Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C • Inputs Accept Voltage to 5.5V • ±24mA Output Drive at VCC=3.0V • Latch-up Performance Exceeds 100mA • PACKAGES: SOIC-14(SOP14) and TSSOP-14 APPLICATIONS • AV Receiver • Cable Modem Termination Systems • Digital Picture Frame (DPF) • High-Speed Data Acquisition and Generation • Motor Controls: High-Voltage The quadruple buffer is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The RS4G126 device is quadruple line drivers with 3-state outputs. The outputs are disabled when the output-enable input is low. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff.
