RS4G32 Description
The RS4G32 Quadruple 2-input positive-OR gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The RS4G32 device performs the Boolean function Y=A + B or Y=̅̅A̅̅̅ ̅̅̅̅B̅ in positive logic. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff.
