The RS4GT08 quadruple 2-input positive-AND gate is designed for 2.0 to 5.5V VCC operation.

B or Y=̅̅A̅̅̅+̅̅̅̅B̅ in positive logic.

The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff.

  • Operating Voltage Range: 2.0V to 5.5V.
  • Low Power Consumption: 1µA (Max).
