Description

The RS574 is high-speed octal D-type flip-flops featuring separate D-type inputs for each flip-flop and 3-state outputs for bus oriented applications.

A clock (CLK) and an output enable (O̅̅̅E̅) input are common to all flip-flops.

Operating Voltage Range: 2V to 5.5V.
Low Power Consumption: 40µ A (Max).
Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to +125°C.
3-State Outputs Drive Bus Lines Directly.
