Description

CK and CK are differential clock inputs.

All the DDR3 SDRAM add/ctrl inputs are sampled on the crossing of positive edge of CK and negative edge of CK.

  • DLL to align DQ and DQS transitions with CK Data mask (DM) for masking write data Burst lengths(BL): 8 and 4 with Burst Chop(BC) ZQ calibration for DQ drive and ODT On-die termination (ODT) Serial Presence Detect (SPD) with EEPROM Operating case temperature range: Tc = 0℃ ~ 95℃ Average refresh period： 7.8us at 0 ~ 85℃; 3.9us at 85 ~ 95℃.
