RM622X combines a dedicated current mode PWM controller with a high volt age power MOSFET .

Frequency shuffling for EMI.
Extended B urst Mode control fo r improved e fficiency and minimum standby power design.
Audio noise free operation.
Fixed 50Khz switching frequency.
Internal synchronized slop compensation.
Low VDD st art-up curre nt and low operationg current.
LEB and current sense input.
Good protec tion coverag e with auto self-recovery.
VDD over volt age clamp and under voltage lo.
