DA9131
Description
DA9131 is an power management IC (PMIC) suitable for supplying CPUs, GPUs, DDR memory rails in single in-line pin package (SIPP) modules, mobile, portable and consumer applications. DA9131 integrates two single-phase buck converters, each phase requiring a small external 0.22 µH inductor.
