Renesas Electronics ISL26313
The ISL26310, ISL26311, ISL26312, ISL26313, ISL26314, ISL26315 and ISL26319 family of sampling SAR-type ADCs feature excellent linearity over supply and temperature variations, and offer versions with 1-, 2-, 4- and 8-channel single-ended inputs, and 1-, 2- and 4-channel differential inputs.
