ISL28197
ISL28197 is Rail-to-Rail Input/Output (RRIO) Comparators manufactured by Renesas.

feature rail-to-rail input and output swing (RRIO), allowing for maximum battery usage. The ISL28196 features a propagation delay of 150µs and the ISL28197 features a propagation delay of 0.6ms.
Equipped with an ENABLE pin (EN), both parts draw typically 2n A when off. The bination of small footprint, low power, single supply, and rail-to-rail operation makes them ideally suited for all battery operated devices.
